ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
Right after you have placed an order with Blessed Clothing Co, you will receive an e-mail that provides you with an itemized summary of your order. This confirmation e-mail will show your order number, details of the product, shipping methods, prices and your ship-to and bill-to information. Your e-mail confirmation is your receipt so feel free to print it for your records.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
Once your order has shipped (usually within 1 business day) you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Once you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail, you will receive your package within 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
We provide an absolute satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your garment, please contact our customer service department at 615-730-8213 for a full refund. We are very proud of the quality and design of our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Thus, if you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please send it back to us as long as the garment is in its original condition and with all the tags and receipts. To receive a FULL REFUND (including shipping) this process must be done within 14 calendar days of the purchase.
Again, all returns must be in their original condition. Items with any odors, stains or any other visible customer damages will not be accepted for return.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE SIZE
Send us an e-mail to contact@blessedco.com or contact our customer service department at 615-730-8213 with your order information and what you would like to exchange or return.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (same credit card, PayPal, etc.). You should allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the credit to post to your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Domestic shipments are shipped via UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE Priority Mail and will usually arrive in 2-3 days after being shipped from our warehouse. Exact cost varies with zip codes.
All orders received by 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped within 48hrs, unless they are pending for approval due to credit inquiries.
We accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Military Addresses.
Gift Wrapping
If you would like to order as a gift for a friend or significant other, we can ship it directly to them very specially wrapped in one of our beautiful gift boxes. Our gift boxes are of the utmost quality and are prepared by hand so you can rest assured that your gift will be presented in a tasteful and elegant way. Make sure to note it in the comment box when placing your order that it is a gift so we can customize a gift box for them.
